Hello All,
I was a hippie radical transfer student (had long red hair for those who have no idea of who I am as I only attended for a year and a half). I was inspired by the Black Panther Party. I remember vividly our failed attempt to walk out during the national anthem, Jimi Hendrix's visit to a pep assembly and Elmer Dixon organizing us all to leave school and shut down Blumas and even more importantly take to the streets after MLK was murdered.
